Recipes Using Burbach's Cream |

Whipped Topping
Time: 5 Minutes
Place metal bowl and beaters into refigerator or freezer for about 2 minutes. This will help the cream to whip faster and better. Beat the following ingredients in cold metal bowl with a mixer until desired consistency (3-5 minutes):
1 pint of Burcach's cream
1/2 cup of granulated or powdered sugar
1 tsp. vanilla
dash of salt
Tastes great on cakes, pies, jello, pudding, and ice cream.
Burbach Butter
Beat cream with a mixer in a cold metal bowl as with the shipped topping for 15-20 minutes. When the cream becomes buttermilk and butter, drain off the buttermil. Add desired amount of salt to the butter and press butter into a bowl!
Also use Burbach's cream in coffee, soups, baking, cereal, and ice cream. |
