Rick's Meats is the partnership of Mark Pearse, Cliff Hitchler and Rick Hayden. Rick is the son of the late Dick Hayden, who owned and operated stores in Waterloo, Valley and Elkhorn since 1952. Mark and Cliff worked with the Hayden Family in Dick's Hillrise Market of Elkhorn - Cliff for 25 years and Mark for 12. Collectively, we bring over 100 years of quality meat processing experience to this endeavor. Outstanding customer service promised from the ORIGINAL meat cutters from Dick's Hillrise Center.
